Sunrise Appraisal was created by Gregg Shobe in 2006, with the commitment to deliver the highest quality residential appraisal products with a focus on timely delivery and friendly customer service.

Mr. Shobe has been appraising single family residences, condominiums, small income properties, manufactured homes, and vacant land in San Diego and Orange Counties since 1988.  Mr. Shobe also provides appraisal services for estate, divorce, property tax, and pre-listing/pre-purchase decisions.
